Pick-Up Your Gear

All your gear is included! Just swing by the shop to pick it up:

• Pick-up: Friday or Saturday before your class
• Return: Monday after your class
  Don’t forget to introduce yourself when you come in! As a student, you’ll receive a Lifetime Discount at Seals Watersports.

Reserve Your Spot

Visit the shop as soon as possible to reserve your rental gear and complete the Student Form for sizing—gear is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Medical Form Required

Before your dive, please review and complete the required PADI Medical Form to ensure you’re ready for scuba’s physical demands. Bring the completed form with you to the pool. Note: If you require a physician’s approval, please plan accordingly as there are no refunds for incomplete forms.

Class Cancellation Policy

We ask that you commit to your date when signing up. Please note:

• Cancel or reschedule up to 3 weeks prior with a 4% processing fee.
• Cancellations or changes after the 3-week deadline will incur a $50 fee.
• Starting 1 week before class, there are no refunds for cancellations or transfers.
• Failure to show up or call will result in forfeiting your tuition.
• Tuition is non-refundable once class begins, completed or not.

If you need a physician’s release, rescheduling follows the same policy.

Training Day Details:

• Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure parking and bring your gear to the pool.
• Location: Pinnacles Dive Center Pool, 875 Grant Ave, Novato, CA 94945. Enter via Cain Ln. (the alley behind the store). Underground parking is available at the Novato City Clerk building across Cain Ln.
